Vanuatu

In 1994, a New Zealand yachtsman began distributing Bibles and Christian literature (including Derek Prince materials) to Vanuatu, Melanesia and Micronesia. In co-operation with DPM-Australia, the Asia/Pacific office helped equip him with hundreds of books and audio tapes, and he was able to visit many remote villages. Over 2,000 copies of Derek's books were supplied and distributed to Christian leaders in many of the islands, including Vanuatu.  

In 1996, a New Zealand missionary couple, who were moving to Vanuatu, agreed to coordinate further distribution of Derek's materials in Vanuatu. This ministry was very successful, and the main Christian bookshop in Port Vila has sold thousands of Derek Prince books over many years, and has a Derek Prince Video Library operating.
