What began as a spontaneous plan quickly turned into a divine appointment. With a spare day in Nagpur on 30th May 2025, before their return to Trichy, DPM-India Directors, pastors Elsie and Daniel, agreed to minister at a pastors’ conference. What followed was nothing short of a Holy Spirit-led outpouring.
The event was initially capped at 150 attendees, and just two days before the conference, the organizing pastor called to inform that all the seats had been booked. With the venue unable to accommodate more, a second flyer was released announcing that registrations were closed, however, the registrations continued to flood in. The hunger among the pastors was unmistakable.
On the day of the conference, the hall was not just full—it was overflowing. The final count reached 273 pastors, with people seated along the aisles, hallways, and stairs. Some had traveled from distant regions like Orissa and Chhattisgarh, just to be part of what God was about to do. That’s the level of desperation and thirst that was witnessed—and the Holy Spirit did not disappoint.
The teaching centered on “Spiritual Warfare”—a much-needed message for pastors in this region who face intense opposition from anti-Christian forces. The Word pierced deep into their spirits, offering clarity, strength, and divine strategy. In fact, the atmosphere was so sensitive that the translator, while interpreting the phrase “prayer is an intercontinental ballistic missile,” had to carefully clarify that the reference was strictly spiritual—because even small misinterpretations could be used to harass or imprison pastors in such hostile environments.
Despite the external pressure, the truth of the Word broke through. One senior pastor who organized the meeting said,
“Signs, wonders, and prophecies easily move the hearts of believers, but it takes much more to move the heart of a pastor. This teaching truly has what it takes.”
Another city elder and Bible college founder shared,
“I have trained hundreds of students, many of whom are pastors in this city and are here today. But I can say without hesitation that in all my years of ministry, I’ve never understood spiritual warfare with such clarity. Thank you for empowering us to take the upper hand against every force—both human and spiritual—that stands against us.”
As a result of this powerful gathering, pastors Elsie and Daniel have been officially invited back to Nagpur for a larger teaching conference on October 29th and 30th. The fire has been lit—and it’s only just beginning.
We give all glory to God for orchestrating this unexpected but perfectly timed encounter. Please continue to pray for the pastors of Nagpur and surrounding states—that the seeds sown would grow into bold, unshakable, and Spirit-led leadership.
