Across Southeast Asia, mobile connectivity is reshaping daily life, with millions dedicating an average of 3.6 hours each day to internet access via smartphone—a platform accounting for 90% of the region’s online activity. This digital shift presents Derek Prince Ministries with an unprecedented opportunity to deliver Derek’s teaching directly into the hands of more than 500 million people.
Last December, we launched a focused digital outreach initiative across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to expand our reach with Bible teaching through strategic digital distribution. The early results have been highly encouraging, with consistent growth in both followers and meaningful engagement with Derek’s content.
Our momentum is now building powerfully and significantly across key nations:
- In Indonesia—the world’s largest Muslim-majority nation, with over 280 million people—we are now reaching an average of 12,000 new individuals each month. Our goal by the end of 2026 is to reach 40,000 new people monthly.
- In Vietnam, we are engaging an average of 7,500 new people monthly, with a target of reaching 30,000 new individuals monthly by the close of 2026.
- Through our Asia-Pacific digital accounts, we are currently reaching an average of 130,000 people every month. Under our new digital outreach initiative, this audience has doubled - and this is only the beginning. We are laying the groundwork for deeper local engagement in New Zealand, the Philippines, and India.
This is more than growth; it is a strategic movement to place timeless Bible teaching within immediate reach, meeting this generation where they are—one screen at a time.
