Mission and Impact
Thailand has a population of nearly 70 million and faces major challenges including a lack of social and political stability, human trafficking, crime and corruption. Despite these difficulties, Thailand's rich cultural heritage and resilient population continue to inspire hope and progress.
In a predominantly Buddhist country where 92.5% of the population practices Buddhism, Christians make up just 1.2%. With limited Christian resources available in the Thai language, pastors and believers struggle to build a strong foundation in the Word of God and to disciple new Christians effectively.
Derek Prince Ministries is dedicated to addressing these spiritual needs by providing Thai believers and Christian leaders with access to sound Bible teaching in their own language. We partner with local churches, hold events to introduce Derek's Thai books, Teaching Letters, and proclamation cards, and lead people to our website, which offers freely downloadable resources. Our outreach also extends through social media, helping us connect with and support Thai Christians, ensuring they have the tools they need to grow in faith and lead their communities spiritually. Through these efforts, we aim to inspire and equip the next generation of Thai Christians, for the glory of God.
